It's all about Pet Parents

PetSmart calls their customers Pet Parents. This group loves their pets and spends a lot of time online learning about and discussing their care. To stay top-of-mind with this audience, PetSmart needed to be part of the conversation, offering their expertise in pet health, behavior and grooming.

That’s why we created Pet Answers, Petsmart's library of videos and articles about caring for pets. Color coding for categories such as grooming and nutrition helps users find answers quickly and sets the cheerful, but caring tone for the site. Promotions for other PetSmart products and services are treated the same as content so they don't get in the way of the experience.
